All sales are final as items are made-to-order. We don’t accept returns or exchanges, but if there’s an issue with your order, contact us—we’re happy to help!

Since each product is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size orders or change of mind. Please be sure to check our sizing chart before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

If your item is damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, reach out to us within 14 days with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If you ordered the wrong size, we can’t exchange it, but we’d be happy to offer store credit or a discount on your next order.
